TwentyOne is NOT a financial advisor and does not provide investment services.
This is exclusively a technological tool for mathematical and statistical analysis. Results derived from Monte Carlo simulations and other projection tools are hypothetical results based on probabilities and past data.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you operate under your own responsibility and that all investment involves risks of capital loss.
2 Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellation
Payment processing is securely handled through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless expressly cancelled.
- Cancellation Policy: If you cancel, you will maintain Premium access until the end of the current billing period.
- Loss of Pricing Protection: If you cancel a subscription that has a promotional or "frozen" price (Early Adopter rate), you will lose the right to that rate. If you decide to resubscribe in the future, you will be subject to the current market price available at that time.
- No Refunds: No full or partial refunds are provided for unused time.
3 Journal Ownership and Privacy
The data and reflections entered into the "Journal" belong exclusively to the user. By using the service, you grant us a technical, free, and limited license to host and process such information solely for the provision of the service.
Availability (SLA)
We do not guarantee 100% availability. Service may be interrupted due to maintenance or external technical failures. We are not responsible for data loss in these cases.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to delete accounts without prior notice in case of fraudulent use, hacking attempts, or illegal activities.
